Morning Participants,

The time is approaching quickly for our June 1st and 2nd event at Bult Field!
We are very excited and can't wait to meet each and everyone one of you.
That being said, there are some important things you need to know for driver check-in on both June 1st and 2nd.
EVENT ADDRESS:

DO NOT pre-fill out the waiver on our website, we have a new waiver that we will be using and you will sign it when you check-in!!

Please print, pre-fill out , and sign, the vehicle inspection sheet attached to this email. That way you can present it to your tech inspector and it will save him some much needed time, as we will be inspecting 150 cars both mornings.

If there is anything questionable in regards to your cars safety, etc., please replace it now and don't chance getting turned away because of an unsafe vehicle.
Also, please arrive between 6:15-6:45AM on June 1st and 2nd for driver check-in!! This ensures all vehicles will be inspected and that we will be ready to race around 8:30AM. Remember, Chicago is on CENTRAL TIME for those of you traveling from other areas.
Here is a little checklist you can use for things to bring to the event:
• DOT or SNELL certified helmet 10 years or newer.
• Jeans
• Tennis Shoes, No Flip Flops!
• No Skinny Drag Tires up front!
• Go Pro's
• Portable Tool Set
• Air Compressor if necessary
• Pop-Up Tents/Chairs
• Cooler with drinks (Driver's lunch is free and we will have food vendors for your pit crew and guests!!).........ALCOHOL is not allowed! GRILLING IS PROHIBITED!
• Sunscreen!
• Cash for Race Fuel, Pit Crew and Guest Spectator Entry Fees.
• Be Ready to GO FAST!!

*Furthermore, if you are in the process of trying to sell your spot please know that the last day to do this is May 17th...........this is the day we finalize the roster and cannot go back and make anymore edits!! It's simply too time consuming and we have to switch gears to other event efforts.
If you have any additional questions please let us know. We sincerely are so looking forward to all of the awesome people and cars that will be attending this event.

I believe it is OK to pitch a tent there. Camping out at the track would be preferable to camping in the woods with "wildlife" crawling into the sleeping bags. (Just a thought!

) Make it an "Automotive Engineering" field trip! I loved field trips as a scout!
