Class Act
One of our WAZOO members Ralph Roberts recently moved from MD to FL. He had the Historic Maryland plate "92 ZR1". He sent me a email advising he turned in his plates just in case I was interested. He was able to get the same plate in Florida.
I have to say while I might be dredgeguy on this forum and I sell dredges, nobody had a clue what my plate ZDREDGE was all about. People at car shows are always asking what year is your car. Well, I went down to the MVA today and I will have new plates "92 ZR1" in 4-6 weeks. Thanks Ralph

Re: Class Act
Hey Charlie,
You will be surprised. My (CA) plate is "95 ZR1" People still ask me "what year is your Corvette?" At least now I just point at the plate. Ted PS: But then again this is California... |

Charlie,
I thought you were speaking of me................ Seriously though, that was kind of him to let you know that, and congrats on the new plate for ZDREDGE, formerly known as 1FUNZR1. Stay well and have fun with 92! Marty |

Re: Class Act
Thanks guys. Steve, you are always pushing the envelope but your connected in NH so go for it roomie. Ted, will see if east coast asks the same as west coast at shows but like you, my reaction will be the same. Point...
And Marty, yes "our" car has been special. Loved your plate from the first day but my son convinced me that your 1FUNZR1 was yours and yours alone. I liked simple 92 ZR1. Tried to get the hyphen but MVA said not allowed. Also MD started new plates with our state flag on the bottom but for historic tags, plain old white with black letters/numbers.
