Refinishing Original Wheels
Does anyone have any experience with having their wheels refinished? I have several nicks, dings and discolored spots on my wheels. I would like to get the wheels redone.

I had the '93 machined sawblades redone, and they turned out great.
Not all shops do machined surfaces though.

I had a company down west of Lancaster, PA refinish a set of 1990 rims. They did a good job. I recall they were just off of the highway, this might be them.
https://www.awrswheelrepair.com/ For a 1990, the rims can only be restored a couple times since they are turned and the reveal on the openings gets smaller each time.

This is who did mine about 7 years ago, my wheels were nice and need minimal machining, they did them all, and they looked and still do, like new. I went with static balancing from then on out so the front lips don't get beat up by wheel weights. Make sure you use a good installer, and be careful of LTPWS sensors.
