Default Forced Air Induction.....(maybe)

FYI...I know this has been a topic in the past. I found this on one of the FB Corvette pages. Don't know anything about this company, or if their even in existence anymore. According to their website, they are!!!
I would assume that this company bought the rights to this Air Induction System, it now shows the item in stock.....

FWIW.....

I would rather put my $$$ towards the Quickjacks, now that is something with a big benefit....

While I was looking for the Induction system, I saw this:

http://emracingcorp.com/scripts/prod...?idproduct=101

They call it a High Output Ignition and say it is for the C4 ZR1.

It looks like there is an "Ignition Controller" in the picture. I wonder if it is really for the ZR-1? Anybody ever ordered one of these?

Inquiring minds want to know...

Jim

One of the previous owners of my 90 has both the forced air and the plenum spacers installed on my car.... I couldn't tell you if I'm getting any benefit from either but I like the way the forced air looks on my 90 and mine has a molded in zr1 logo that I think looks cool...IMHO

Looks like mine on the 91. The diffuser is the best part of the kit. Back in the day they came with the ZR-1 logo or the Forced air logo. And a insert that fit in the top center of the plenum. The plates are different from 84-90 MYs and the 90 ZR-1 plate is in that grouping,

They look great but actually hurt power compared to an open filter lid. Too much pressure drop thru the small opening and the hose between the bumper and air filter.
