Re: 93 rear bose amps
I agree Dr. Dons is the best and offers upgrades especially with the CD laser but his prices has risen over the years (what hasn't I know) but I have used United Radio in NY for my last two cars and their work has been great at half the price. They completely rebuild not just replace bad parts but I don't think they offer CD laser upgrade, only repair to stock.

Re: 93 rear bose amps
When I had my radio done by Dr Don back in 2012 he put a much more powerful laser in place of the stock. Think that is his standard. Said that skipping would be a thing of the past. He also put in the AUX input so you can plug in your phone or connect XM radio
