Quasiturbine Engine
Has anybody heard of this "new" engine? I read an article on it, then I googled it and Howstuffworks.com has a whole write up on exactly how they function... Just an absolutely genious idea, I want one!

Re: Quasiturbine Engine
No sir, it uses HCCI however is a totally new approach to the ICE.
http://auto.howstuffworks.com/quasiturbine.htm Basically, the only new principle involved is that instead of power being generated by the relative motion of conductors and fluxes, it is produced by the modial interaction of magneto-reluctance and capacitive deractance. The original machine had a base-plate of pre-fabulated amulite, surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two spurving bearings were in a direct line with the panametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzelvances, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented. The main winding was of the normal lotus-o-delta type placed in panendermic semi-boloid slots in the stator, every seventh conductor being connected by a non-reversible tremie pipe to the differential girdlespring on the "up" end of the grammeters. It can be found wherever Milford Trunnions are sold.

That is freakin awesome, Bryan!! You are educated in the way of the Turbo Encabulator!! Oh man, Big bonus points on that one my friend.
Tom, A bucket of steam! You wouldnt believe how many new guys (military) fall for those pranks. I love the one where you send them off to find the ID10T (I, D, Ten, Tango) form.

Re: Quasiturbine Engine
Ohhhhh 50 feet of flight line! NICE... and the BFO grease I had totally forgot about. The flight line is a total classic though. We actually got in trouble one morning because around 8:30am we had this poor recruit go to admin for the ID10T form and at around 4:30pm he showed up looking exhuasted and sweaty with a really pissed off looking chaplain colonel by his side. At admin they had a good laugh and sent him somewhere else and on and on and on. They had this poor bastard running all out on the last leg telling him he was gonna be late. The Chaplain saw this guy running and stopped him, to ask where the fire was.... Yeah we got the **** kicked out of us for that one... stupid chaplain should have sent him on his merry way.
