Want to stack my Z, can you identify this lift?
Hey guys,
I want to buy a lift so I can stack the ZR1 up out of the way. Can any of you identify this lift? It looks like it is respectively small in height which would be perfect for the single bay of my triple. I emailed the guy who was selling the Viper pictured, but he never responded. Thanks ZR1 friends

A 4 post parking lift will not take much room and would be a LOT more sturdy. What measurements are you dealing with?

Re: Want to stack my Z, can you identify this lift?
The overall garage is 22x28. There is a single bay on the one side of the double door that I'm planning to use to stack the Vette's (ZR1 and C6 Z06). The single bay measures 8x22. The only thing I'm not 100% on is the ceiling height. It's a new-to-me house that I take possession of in August. Sadly there were 15 foot ceilings, but the previous owner considered it wasted space and build a really nice mezzanine that runs along the top now. I believe that there is now 8-10'' of space between the floor and the mez.
Appreciate the feedback and assistance.

What is the column height of your hoist, 4-post I'm assuming?

This place has a "will it fit" calculator that may help.

Re: Want to stack my Z, can you identify this lift?
Alberta,
I use a bend pak 4 post lift with 9000 lbs cap. I have a 64 chevelle ss cvt on top with the ZR-1 underneath. BP posts are 7 ft tall and the ceiling is 9 1/2 ft tall. Works well. |

Re: Want to stack my Z, can you identify this lift?
The height of your C6 is 49.1" while the Z is 46.3" that is what the ride heights were from GM.
