First C7 Auction off
Well the first C7 001 was auction off yesterday for 1.1 Mil at Barrett-Jackson to Rick Hendrick. GM's Vice President of Global Design Ed Welburn said Hendrick can receive his car inside the Corvette design studio where the C7 was born.
Yet the first SRT Viper was sold for only 300,000 at the Barrett-Jackson Orange County action last year.

Rick Hendrick was on the CBS program "Sunday Morning" in a segment about the new C7 Stingray. In it he talked about getting SN 0001.

It was nice of GM to donate that C7 sale for charity. I wonder when it will be delivered?
ZR1 001 went for $900,000 with that 1 only blue paint code. Someone threw in an extra $100,000 to make it an even million as thatw as for charity as well. Bush's Ford 4x4 wenty for $300,000. peace Hog |
