Anyone else noticed this?
Just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed a certain major annoyance while searching ebay for ZR-1 stuff.
I like to search in Ebay often using zr-1 as a search term & filtered using "newly listed first" so I can see what new things for ZR-1's pop up. But starting probably several weeks to a month ago, I've noticed I have to now wade through hundreds of items for practically every car known to man. And every single item says "Fits: ZR-1" under it. WTF??? It's getting extremely irritating. For example, if you search right now (around 11:30am PST), you have to wade through 15 pages of f***ing headlights for a load of random cars that are NOT ZR-1's, but they all say "Fits: ZR-1" under them. Ebay must have added a "Fits:" catagory where you can select the car your part fits. How did they manage to have ZR-1 as the default selection? That's the only thing I can think of how this keeps happening. Ok, rant over guys, just needed to get that out. I guess I could contact Ebay somehow, but I doubt they care enough to do anything about it.

I've noticed the same, and it is very irritating. It's just one more reason I have to avoid ebay unless I can't find what I need elsewhere.

Re: Anyone else noticed this?
Try this query
+(zr1, zr-1) -(wheel*, rim*, -tire*, -panasonic*, "- 2009*", -camera*) not perfect, but it eliminates a lot of the crap Rick |

Re: Anyone else noticed this?
That works but I also get a lot of Yamaha crap so I have to add that in as well, and I've alos noticed that the ZR1/ZR-1 allow things like ZR 1 with a space in between that brings in a whole heap of rubbish so I quote the search terms too -
+("zr1", "zr-1") -(wheel*, rim*, -tire*, -panasonic*, "- 2009*", -camera*, yamaha)

Re: Anyone else noticed this?
I hadn't noticed it. I have now! I searched for "ZR-1 Starter" because I think I need one. I used "Best Match". I got 2 full pages of crap, with only 1 part actually "fitting" a ZR-1. I wonder it that little feature can be shut off in options or something. If not what a PITA!
