Question Time to remove/replace Stainless Works headers?

How long (measured in beers, time, swears, whatever...) does it take to get a set of Stainless Works headers out and back into the car? Do they drop out the bottom or go in the top? I am planning to weld a couple wide band O2 bungs into them. I have a 4-post lift and all the usual tools. I've already had the exhaust behind the headers out, so I can do that pretty quickly.

What gaskets are recommended to go back on with?

Thank you.

I have not as this '94 came with them already installed. I've done other C4s and it wasn't too bad.

They come out the bottom fairly easily.

10-15 mins per side. You work on a nascar team. That is awesome. You are way faster than me!

Just a detail question but does everyone get every bolt reinstalled on their headers? I hate exhaust leaks an my last Z 90 VIN 103 had a manifold leak that I would fit every two years. Some say that you can't get all exhaust bolts installed, but I disagree.
