Steering Wheel Align?
Hey Gang,
I had an alignment done and while the Beast now tracks like its on rails....., the steering wheel isn't centered. Its cocked off to the right a bit while traveling straight down the road. I've reviewed the FSM and can't find any mention on how to center the steering wheel after an alignment. Is pulling the steering wheel and re-positioning it the only way? Thanks,

Re: Steering Wheel Align?
Take it back to the shop and insist they finish the alignment job to your satisfaction.

Re: Steering Wheel Align?
I believe they should have centered the steering wheel and locked it in place before they aligned the suspension.
Moving/aligning the steering wheel is not, I don't believe, the correct way to fix that. They need to do the job over again with the wheel centered.

Re: Steering Wheel Align?
They need to reset the toe. Both tie-rod ends need to be reset with the steering wheel locked at center.

Re: Steering Wheel Align?
No it should have been pinned at center and adjusted from there. Bring it back
