Default Cam cover removal

I have looked at Most of the help threads here. I just can't find it. I am sure it's here somewhere.
How do I get those cam cover bolts off. The ones behind the heater box. Passenger side at firewall. I haven't even gotten to the drivers side. I am assuming it's a combination of a special set up to get them off.
Appreciate any help.

Removing Cam Cover (Engine In Car) for Camshaft Timing Inspection, PCV Filter replacement, inspection of top Timing Chain Wear Strip. Replace PCV Filter, Top End Timing Chain Wear Strip as needed, and Cam Cover Spark Plug access "O" Rings (eight).
Use Loctite 518 when replacing Cam Covers on Cam Cover Mating Surfaces (or Permabond A136 from Jerry's). See Item #1a Use of thread Lubricants, Loctite and Sealants

Removing Cam Covers (Engine In Car) for Inspections of Camshafts

1. Cam Covers were removed by first removing Bolts from Transmission End of C-Frame, Loosening Engine Mount Bolts and then dropping Transmission a bit so cam covers could clear Brake Booster (two Torx-40 bolts near brake booster were removed with cam cover). On the Passenger side the Temperature sensor for Evaporator was removed easily and set aside (plenty room to then remove cam cover bolts and then cam cover on passenger side). The Transmission was lowered to remove the Cam Coover Torx-40s on passenger side and then raised to remove Cam Cover on Passenger side so Cam Cover could clear Fire Wall bolts. The Plenum was removed and the AC Compressor set aside to start the process.

Remove/relocate master cylinder and booster to get to driver's side
Remove brake fluid 1st to prevent a mess...
No need to disconnect brake tubing. Disconnect brake pedal from
pushrod under dash. Hint: remove drivers seat, 4 bolts, to make it
easier to work under dash.Tie off MC out of the way.
Remove removable panel on heater/AC box on passenger side.
No need to mess around lowering the motor.
Relocate and tie off AC compressor, no need to undo hoses.
Use a hand (hammer powered, available at Harbor Freight) impact and a new torx bit.
Make sure the torx bit is firmly in bolt head by cleaning out crud and tapping
the bit to make sure it gets a good bite. The last thing you wanna do is strip it out... Most importantly, take your time...
When it goes back together, get new SS bolts from Jerry.
All this worked for me, your mileage may vary...

Permabond A136 is the sealant specified by Lotus/GM in the factory service manuals.
We also stock an improved design dowty washer seal that is used on each of the M8 bolts in the cam cover.
