Hi Mike,
Sorry all sold out.I tried to get premission from GM to sell them, but was
denied.
Now I was thinking what if I made just a blank front plate for 1984
thru 1990 and 1991 thru 1996 and the custormor made a decal of their own
design on the blank front plate. What do you think?

GM can?t stop you from giving them away for free

Side note, I must have gone too fast. Mine caved in a bit and did not hold shape.

Sorry your plate caved in , where did it warp? middle ,side. So far yours is the
first I have heard about. I'am going to check with my supplier about the
material he used to make them. I'll let you know he tells me.

I was surprised John. It seemed thick enough. I will try to take a picture tomorrow. I wonder if the paint affects that plastic and weakened it or if that was not a factor.

Mikey,
I found my old post on the type of plastic used to make the ZR-1 Splash front
plate . Its called EPOXACRYLATE, I do not know if the paint you used effects
the material used to make the ZR-1 splash front plate. I have not gotten an
answer from the manufacturer of the plates.

-Z- is about 1/4 inch concave and -1- is about 1/8 inch concave.
Reflection of my level straight edge in the cover plate above the ZR-1 helps illustrate the curvature.

Single stage body paint plus spray can of clear from auto zone.
