My 95 ZR-1 is a trailer Queen.....not driven more than 500 miles per year. Given the low miles, how frequent should the oil / filter be changed?

I would say once a year irrespective of miles.

If your car sits more than on the road, Haibeck recommends using AMSOIL Z-ROD 10W-30 100% Synthetic Motor Oil which has the High-zinc formula and protects against rust during storage. You might want to check with Marc on frequency but once a year as secondchance said will certainly give you all the protection you need and then some.

Yearly, and run it periodically.
