Re: to my FBI brothers
I have 10'--just enought for a 4' tall ZR-1 and a 5' tall BMW 535xi. You could do 9' with a pair of Z's! Lift was about $2,200 but I had it installed for $900 including delivery costs. For me worth every penny. --Bob

Hi Jeff--If you mean the heater, I just had my electrician get it. Can't remember the brand name but you can google garage heaters and get lots of info. --Bob

Re: to my FBI brothers
That was a primary criterion for the lift :-) It had to allow room for the fridge and tool box. Fridge is 3' deep. To allow for it, though, note that my ramps have to go outside. -- Bob

Re: to my FBI brothers
My ramps on my Direct Lift drop downward when the lift is raised and then clear the garage door. When the lift is lowered, they extend outside the doorway. Luckily, I can drive a ZR-1 underneath the hanging ramps buy about three-four inches and still have one ZR-1 on top in storage. I just have to remember to turn OFF the radio so the antenna doesn't get bent.
Your garage is super clean! My ceiling is 10'-4".

And I went and measured and my ceiling in the garage is 10'3". I was thinking 9' because that's what my interior ceilings are... It is something to think about - I could put the Z up top and back my dd Civic in under it. That would actually give me room in my 3 car garage for an actual work space. And I got one of these: http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb....5Z50000050F~~~ for my antenna. Haven't hooked it up yet - it's in the boxes o parts for when it warms up... Might help you guys with the lifts?

Re: to my FBI brothers
Bob,
Yours is a 2.5car garage? What did the insulation cost you? I know I don't have any in my garage attic. Blowing it into the sidewalls would help rest of the house too. I do have a pair of insulated coveralls however. A bit cheaper.
