Reading this thread about changing the color of your 91 and it's got me to thinking,now. Am looking at a really nice 91 w/368" and the idea of repainting it to Admiral Blue has certainly crossed my mind.

It looks beautiful Stevdug.
If I could ask, when you repaint, do you just sand up the red to use as a base coat or do you have to also primer it? I ask because I will be repainting my yellow Z down the road and ask how to do it properly despite what the painter may want to do. Thanks! |
