Couple of things I would be interested in further.

Fluidyne Radiator - What affect or benefit was observed?

What year CTS-V lug nut covers? I have the plastic ones and the paint just flakes off after a bit.

The Fluidyne Radiator in conjunction with a 170° thermostat, coolant mix of straight water and Red Line Water Wetter and revised fan-on strategy provided a significant decrease in peak ECT in hot weather, high load situations. Unfortunately, Fluidyne discontinued their 2G ZR-1 radiator a number of years ago.

I got rid of the plastic covers for just the reasons you cite. The CTS-V covers are stainless steel and look really good, but I don't know what year. Someone else told me about them a long time ago and I do not remember the specifics. Sorry.

Headers shouldn't de-value a 1990 ZR1, right?

It depends on the owner/seller/buyer and what motivates them and what they want to do to with their car. If you want a NCRS Trailor queen the answer is yes. If you want to drive your car and enjoy it No. I am not knocking the NCRS program however if you have a sub 1000 mile car and you plan is to show it then I think it would be almost a crime to mod it as it’s a rare opportunity to show the car to others as it was released by GM. However, once again your car... do as you wish. You can also keep all the original parts if you want to return it back to original. Enjoy your car no matter what you want to do. When I bought my first car I bought it with about 49k miles with full intention of modding it to my needs.
