Slow going but I finally got the spare control arms to a local shop that could press in the new Super Pro bushings.

Need to do some maintenance on my wife's truck before I can get the Z in the air to start tearing it apart.

It has begun! When Bluey touches the ground again she is going to be considerably upgraded!

Today I just wanted to get the car up in the air and asses the jobs at hand.

Had to get the car up on the lift and it seems that the rear of the car is just a hair too low for my lift legs to get into the proper position. Thankfully I picked up some Race Ramps for the Mustang that work like a charm with the C4 as well.

I read through the service manual on the removal of the front control arms. Wasnt sure how to tackle the leaf springs but I think I have a handle on that now. Looks like the engineers put decent thought in servicing the suspension too. Plenty of access!

I need to order some small parts (Cotter pins, new lug nuts, etc) but should be on track to get more work done this weekend.

I ordered the final pieces to finish off my $400 Corsa Catback the other day so Im going to be dropping the exhaust this weekend likely also.

Awesome car, congrats!!! I love the admiral blue ones, just stunning!!! There's two things I regret about my red over black ZR - it's red not blue outside and black not red inside, hahahaha.
Enjoy the ride, must be amazing to see it shine in the sun!

I dig the contrast! Rear calipers are black. They are all fine for now. May consider losing some weight down the road with some Wilwood kit

Looking good, perhaps next weekend we should schedule a Wazoo get together to lend you a hand?

That would be alot of fun but we havent had any visitors at the house in over a year due to COVID.

Im looking forward to this virus crap being over with so we can have tech days at Jim's and/or my place but for right now, its me banging my head on the lift alone and chasing 10mm sockets LOL
