Looking at the stockers the rwtq is about 320-330 so its only a 40 ftlb gain at the wheel, I think you are assuming a nearly 20% oss through the drive train.

Hans is running the LT-4 resonator, which isn't bad according to Marc H.
Also an Xpipe IIRC.
no he isn't. I thought Hans said the LT-4 Resonator would not fit with the X-pipe so he is running a Magnaflow piece

Had a great time yesterday, great to see the everyone. As for the dyno numbers I'm sure the system I am using is causing the lower hp reading. When Twisted Pipes redid the exhaust late last year we went as follows:
SW headers - magnaflow HF cats - X-pipe -Magnaflow Resonator - Corsa Mufflers.
As far as I'm concerned the car now sounds perfect to me. No resonance, I can carry on a conversation under normal driving conditions and screams nicely at WOT.
The next test will be at the track.
Here's a few pictures from yesterday..

Hans,

I wouldn't come to any conclusion until you have had a chance to review your results and optimize the tuning.

Don't get me wrong Dom, I still plan to do some further tuning. For that matter I would even switch exhausts again if one surfaced that had little to no resonance, is reltively quiet at cruise and flowed better than what I have.

I've been toying with the idaea of using a stock LT4 system behind my cats (according Haibeck the resonator has virtually no restriction) and replaceing the stock mufflers with 3" magnaflows. The LT4 stock system has a crossover built in, unlike the later LT1's and ZR-1's.

On the Dyno #'s

I would double check them a different dyno, that's what i do 2 different dynos 2-3 different tracks.
Now that i think about it 370 370 seem a bit wierd.
What were Don's #'s?

Don was 360hp and 355tq if I recall

Pete go to the perforamnce page...most cars with that level of mods are similiar....cammed cars have a wider range.

I see that and noticed the early Z's had closer #'s then the later Z's.
I would still double check the #'s.

I think Hans car will make 390-400 without all the exhaust restrictions.
I would bet HP would go up but TQ would remain.
