Didn't want to post this before.
Pull your plugs. Note what brand and heat range the plugs are. Number each plug to the proper cylinder and READ each of the plugs. If you have any problem reading the plugs take pictures of each one and post them here. Good news is if the NOS was applied correctly. And it may well have been , there will be no problem. Must be part of the alarm.....I just emailed the seller for answers......I highly doubt the original 73 yr old owner would have installed nos in a 3k mileage car....

i agree...it is most probably an alarm system, but you will want to find out either way. Hell, if that NOS system is still in there it could be a ton of fun. There seems to be two switches and 4 lights. I'd be real curios what each light meant. Could it be a dual stage NOS system 9two (red LED's) system powered (white light) system spraying (green light). I am just guessing. Most alarms don't have all those lights. Is there a shift light on it somewhere? I once saw a kit that puts a little shift light in you air conditioning vent above the radio.
