Thanks for posting those for me Jeff.
The fogs need ballasts (included).
That is my patent pending installation tool for 90's. The 90's do not have the drop down door.
When I installed the fog lights, you could barely tell when I turned on the Sylvania's.
I had/have Hella housings for H4 headlight bulbs. The LED's fit right in. I dabbed a bit of silicon on some of the holes, as the dust covers won't go back on. Looking around the housings and buckets, it didn't look like dust or water was going to be a major concern.
I'll continue with the thread after I get the resistors to see if that fixes the high beam issue.
Did I mention that the fog lights and high beams are not cooperating?

I have a fix I need to test out for the fog light/ High beam..

the 1990 should have a relay under the Pass side hush panel.. after finding that relay and using a Standard Automotive 5 terminal relay

New relay will have 5 terminals
85 - Coil
86 - Coil
30 - common for switch
87 - N.O. Contact
87a - N.C. Contact

One added relay:
  1. Cut Lt Grn on OEM relay, or you can try to remove pin
  2. Non-relay side (High beam Power) of Lt Grn to Pin 86 of Relay
  3. Pin 85 and Pin 30 of relay to Ground (New Wire)
  4. fog light side of LT Grn (OEM Relay Side of cut wire) to 87a.

I am looking at a 1991 page on the Service manual, so the 1990 might be different since 90 is a very odd set-up.

This should allow the Fog Lights to work as they were with OEM lighting..

My next challenge is to get front Parking/Turn LEDs to work when parking lights are on, without using Resistors

No it is an addition to what is there. Like I said I have not tried it yet, but theoretically is should work

Do you not like the idea of the resistors?

I don't. They get hot and if I am going to LED or anything new, I would rather find another way than add Resistors.. You can use them, there is no problem, I just prefer not to if I can help it
