About four years ago, I used Airbag Systems, Inc in Allen, TX to rework the DERM in my 90. When I got it back and installed, all my codes went away.

I had my SIR light come on on my 91'. fault code indicated a intermittent open in the SIR system. Turns out the entire system is tested about 100 times a second for an open. The advisory light in the center is pushed in and secured with a few screws, mine were loose. Apparently the system is so well monitored it even sensed an open in the indicator bulb. Tightened everything back down, cleared the code, no problems since.
