Again, I am the middle car. The officer that pulled me over looked 18 and not very sure of himself. I did not give him a hard time. But after he handed me the citation I asked him why me since I was in the middle. He very timidly said I was spotted by on over head plane. I guess red is more easily tracked than other colors

The September issue of "Car & Driver" has an article about public morality and how it applies to number plates in Virginia. I guess New Hampshire isn't the only state that keeps plates "family friendly"?

That's crazy!! .. I should complain to the state about the town "Effingham" since its very offensive to me..
Reminder me of when I was younger and my mother was cooking ham (not my favorite)... just keep thinking "Effing-Ham"
