The tire pressure guage I dont think showed up until MY 92. My 91 came with a letter from the General Manager of GM (jim Perkins) tucked inside the video along with a couple of detachable comment cards. Not sure about the 90. Ryan did the 90 come with a letter as well as the 91?

i don't have that letter for my 90 but that doesn't mean anything concrete. could just be MIA. i know i have that same type letter for my 93. maybe they did come in all years but are easily lost?
