John, I don't have a plan at this time. Mine are a year old, but I am almost thinking high temp clear coat over them?


Anyone else have signatures and a plan to preserve them?

If you're preserving a signature on the plenum, I can report that I used a Krylon clear which has not yellowed.

That said, I also bypassed the TB coolant which keeps the plenum cool to the touch when the engine is running. And, heat soak after it is shut off doesn't seem to have caused any yellowing - in the past 7 years since it was "cleared". (The cam covers...that's a different story.)

Marc Haibeck has found a painter who's product doesn't yellow. I don't know if he uses a clear coat or not, but you might ask him about it and get his thoughts.

Yep,so much easier than than the process here. It would be interesting to know if PHOTOBUCKETS business sense ever turned anything positive after they screwed up their site.
