Pardon me Paul, but is it possible you meant to say it rattles a LOT when in neutral with the clutch pedal up (clutch engaged) instead of pedal depressed which would be clutch not engaged?

Yes...I think...foot OFF the clutch. Or...is it when my foot "engages the clutch" is the clutch engaged (by my foot) and disengaged w/ my foot OFF??

Thanks Paul saw the vid she sounds good. I'm running Pete's intake cams so Im thinking it wont make much difference

GC,

The LT1 slung hub disc mitigates the rattle. It shows up at idle but no where else on my car, and even then it depends on how hot the trans oil has gotten,
I have done quite a bit more tuning since your calibration and I had Ted Feder
listen to the motor at The Gathering this year. Maybe he'll chime in w his impressions.
