Yes.........I just checked compression and got 215-220 on all 8 cylinders without TB plates open. Replaced all Plugs.

The vacuum check valve (drivers side vacuum) under the Plenum has failed so since I was going to do a top end tomorrow anyway (stainless steel bolts for Plenum/Coolant Manifolds) will replace that check valve. And since I am there.....will Block TB Coolant at injector housings and some other stuff.....maybe toss in my rebuilt Starter and New LT5 Plug Wires and new gasket on Crank Case Ventilation Cover....and.....

The 95' LT5 runs perfectly but there is a vacuum leak.

Your are correct Craig....something about the 95'

I checked with a mirror......about 4 inches from front of head just below Cam Cover on Exhaust side.
All 95' cars have the Dunn heads on the left side: #10225121
This 95' has the Dunn head on the right side also: #10225122

I couldn't believe that '95 ZR-1 stayed that long on the market. I'm a bit jealous there Dynomite!

not to get off topic, but who do you use for parts for this?

I need the diode trio and the regulator to finish my rebuild

I got the Alternator on Ebay.

Do not know exactly which vendor but there are several......

Typical 200 Amp Alternator for ZR-1

I have not rebuilt Alternators for LT5. Have rebuilt Starters and almost everything else

I'd think regardless of your needs you can be helped "locally".
