love your engine. I am hoping to send mine to aaron scott at south georgia corvette for engine refinishing and odds and ends. I have a black car so I will probably go with a black shiny motor. Love your turq car and engine!!

Very nice indeed - congratulations! Ditto for all the compliments to Saints Marc and Gerry! Both should be in the NCM HOF for all they do to keep such an important part of Corvette history alive and "on the road". We tried this (for Marc) three years ago; maybe it's time to dust off and upgrade the submission.

Agree 100% that Marc is one of the very best. I wish I was a little closer to Chicagoland. Along with Marc, there's Pete (amazing 129 mph) and also Dom (tuning) and Lee (porting). It's hard to give all of the Chicago crew the credit they deserve for their development and overall skills for the LT5.

These guys are hard to beat!

Pete did my Turq Monster motor and Marc is fine tuning my Prototype motor.

When I picked my z up on May 20 your turquoise cam covered and plenum were lying on Marc's benches ready for reassembly. Ghorgous engine as well as your car!!!!! Marc is the best. The fact that he makes a living on only about 6000 cars scattered all over the world speaks volumes of his skill and reputation!!

Very cool! Thanks for sharing that! The fact there are not many zr-1s its an amazingly small world. Seems everyone knows everyone's cars. I keep my cars former owners informed as much as possible. This forum helps. We live half the country apart and you know something about my car. (And got to see it first). When i walked in i wish someone recorded it. I was nearly screaming (in joy) and im pretty sure the f bomb was dropped a few times. I was expecting nice. I was not expecting to be completely floored. Thanks for sharing the story.
