Actually, he did.
GC, did you not say "I found the same HID's at half the cost so I installed them". They are LEDS not HIDS I corrected the post. HIDS will not work without a ballast

Are the fogs in the 91+ cars that different? My fog lights are really good, use them all the time for exactly the intended purpose - morning fog. They are bright, and cast a very wide, low pattern that works very well on my morning commute.
