It took a couple of months, between stripping, putting two different layers of sound deadener in and then the new carprt and interior. It was more time consuming than I thought, but worth it.

I'm putting new mass backed carpet in my 93 LT-1 w foil backed sound deadener just finished rear areas of Coupe have seats out starting on **** pit area. Practice before I under take my ZR-1 restoration of carpeting etc. Did you have to get new pair of speaker grilles for rear my on 93 are faded found some speaker cloth in black gonna have to redo those now just the cloth is faded.

Dynamat and second skin along with installing my new carpet is one of my upcoming winter mods. I will do a before and after decibel count. GC
