My advice would be to take lots of pictures for reference. The the most important thing to remember when going on line to ask a question, the -other- Corvette site isnt worth a damn, too much bull$h!t.Everything you could possibly ask is right here.

Pocketbook is the limit on what you should/can do. I don't think the plenum is that hard to pull myself. My wife did it just fine. Get the LT5 supplement and it walks you through it step by step. There are many items you can replace under the plenum while you are there. Coils, plug wires, starter, vacuum lines and many other items. If the car is running good, you might want to just wait. If you do the injectors yourself, you'll see it's pretty easy to pull the plenum.

If you decide to replace the injectors, I can recommend the injectors from FIC, I've had the rebuilt ones over 2 years now, no problems at all. $350 and you are good to go. http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/sh...ewCat&catId=68

We still need some pics though.
Took it out for the first time tonight for our local car gathering. Ran very well, I have not driven a car with this much rare torque before.

I need to learn how to post pictures. Always avoided posting because of the hassle.

I have sent some pictures to Kevin to be posted. A big thanks.

On my instrument panel I have two alarms I need to correct:

INF Reset
Service Ride Control

Hopefully my manuals I have ordered will arrive this coming week.

Can you imagine all those greasy fingerprints all over your freshly polished paint?? By the way, I also got a set of 16 from FIC and the local garage charged me around $280 to install them. I'm not handy at all. But, one of the fuel pumps couldnt handle the extra 8 and had to be replaced. I think it cost me around $300 all in. Not too bad!

I thought that fuel pumps were hard to come by, is this true?

I just had shoulder surgery, so in 10 weeks I plan to pull the plenum, replace the injectors with FIC new and check whatever else I sould be doing with the plenum off.

Welcome to the Zoo.

No parts are hard to come by, just post up here and you'll find everything.
