Greetings, Earthlings, well, i bet u guys think i crawled off into the corner with a dozen Crispy Creams, NOT

i'm hangin in there....i have not had a cold beer in 35 days.
I got a message on my voicemail from Adolphos Busch this week, it seems Budweiser sales are down.

When I now step on the scales, it does NOT say one at a time anymore.
that's good news, bad news is a could eat the *** end out of an Elephant.


I have 10 more days, of the HCG diet, i accidently knocked the bottle off my desk and it broke, I lost 2 days before i could get it replaced, i did not gain anything, but i didn't lose those days either.

I hope to at least lose another 5 lbs. before the HCG is over for this go around, then i go on 21 days of adding calories to my diet, along with weight watchers and the gym.

As of this morning, I'm down to ....(drum roll please) 204 lbs.

My goal of 180 is becoming a possibility, America the next time u see me.
I'll still be fat, just NOT as fat.

I think I see what your problem was. You have been eatting elephant booty and now you are not.
