The link I posted above is for OEM parts and the struts are available for $51 each... but agree if you are NCRS then rebuild is an excellent choice.

Yes it is true. The glass to open up completely, not stop part way. I have also seen some judges at regional or national event "unofficially" time the lift, althought the judging manual, last I looked did not address time.
