Re: Gathering 2023
As a reminder for the Pratt Miller tours - set up for Thursday 17 Aug at 9:30AM or 1PM. As of 14 May there were 17 AM slots and 20 PM slots available. Our max is about 25 cars/50 people per tour. We're figuring 2 people per slot.
Please sign up as soon as possible. I do need to provide PM with a list of participants name, city/state and citizenship prior to the event. |

Re: Gathering 2023
One more update.
M1 Concourse Dream Show https://m1concourse.com/wds-home/ Friday 18 Aug Cost, registration and info is on the web site. They would like to have a special place to display the ZR1s. For that reason please be sure to annotate the ZR1 Net Registry as your club affiliation when you register so they will have enough room for everyone. There will also be a special Corvette Tribute display. If you want your Vette considered for that display please go to WDS Car Submission. They will notify you well in advance if your car has been selected. |

I know I-94 is still under construction to the east of kalamazoo. Its still two lanes per side but its a little bumpy through there. Also anyone coming to Michigan know this semis/ truck with trailers are restricted to 65 mph Most cars stack up in the fast lane its annoying so be warned.

Re: Gathering 2023
I?m in the area this week and unhappy to report I-696 is a construction disaster at the moment. Don?t trust your gps will give good guidance since various ramps are detoured or closed.
Unfortunately I can?t make the gathering this year. Unforeseen conflict came up. |

Mike is right in that there is considerable construction ongoing on Interstate 696. Thankfully, we won't have to use that part of the interstate much if at all. Sorry to see that you can't make it Mike.

Re: Gathering 2023
life may allow me to come socialize for a bit of the gathering afterall .. tentatively planning to drive my C6Z06 up from TN and join the Tuesday social at hotel, although I am not staying there. Also planning to do Corvettes on Woodward on Wednesday. Paid for the group dinner banquet Thursday as well. Also planning to see the Lingenfelter collection and may or may not go to P&M (I've been there a bunch in the past and was friends with Brandon Widmer when he was motorsports director, often hanging out with team at the races).
I'd bring the '91ZR-1 368ci Corey Henderson car, but I'm not sure my father-in-law would survive the drive from TN .. LOL! Looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some of you for the first time as well. |

Re: Gathering 2023
Hi Mike. Great to see you can make it again. I sent an email to registrants earlier this afternoon and I included you. I hope I got your email address correct. If you didn?t get it, perhaps you can PM your correct address and I?ll resend.
Thanks. Bob Sent from my iPhone using ZR-1 Net Registry

Re: Gathering 2023 BANQUET and PRATT MILLER
#1 The times for Pratt Miller tour is 9:30 AM and 11:30AM on Thursday 17 Aug. If you selected 1PM you are now in at 11:30AM. There is NO 1PM tour, show up at 1PM you missed it.
#2 According to the registration info I have received from Bob I have 5 people that have NOT selected an entree for the Banquet. Banks, Eickmeier, and Inwood - last call. I will be calling in FINAL orders very soon. Also if you ordered Filet, they default to medium rare. If you want it prepared a different way please inform the waitress as soon as possible at the banquet. |
