We got a more definitive position on plant tours this week, Charlie. Unfortunately, no tours are being booked at this time. We?ll keep at it over the next few months to ensure we?re in the mix once they open the plant for tours again. Tours would be great for the Friday morning ahead of track day. Fingers crossed. I would encourage everyone to make the Holiday Inn reservations however, as the dates are carved in stone. I hope that helps.

I am a bit confused. This thread refers to the Gathering as being held on May 14-17, 2025. I just went to the Registry home page to sign up and it says the dates are May 5-11. What are the correct dates before I make hotel reservations? --Bob
Edit--sorry--I looked closer and the Registry home page refers to the 2024 Gathering, not to the 2025 Gathering. Am I correct to assume that the May 14-17 dates are correct for 2025? And any chance someone could correct the Registry home page to reflect next year's Gathering? Thanks, Bob

I think what you are referring to on the Registry page is the small banner that advertised the 2024 events. Thanks for noting that. I'll see what we can do about having that updated promptly. As for 2025.... The Gathering is as advertised - starting Wednesday, the evening of May 14 with the meet and greet and concluding the evening of Saturday May 17. The hotel block is reserved for those four nights. The Mountain Run commences the weekend before May 14 - George (Gunny) has details. Finally, The only thing we can reserve at this point is the Holiday Inn in Bowling Green. As for the event registration itself, we are working through the details so that when we open the registration page, each sub event for each day will be displayed along with the cost to participate. We hope to have that up and running in early-to-mid January. I hope that helps. Bob Lambe Events Chair

Hi Bob, So sorry I missed this and for my late reply. Thanks for such a gracious offer, but you really should keep that historical keepsake. Unfortunately I can?t make it next year. I really would like to see you again as only few times in one?s lifetime they meet great people like you. Thank you for your thoughts my friend.
