No worries, it was well taken I’m a year or so away from purchasing a Z, I have a lot to learn about the LT5 so I am on this forum a lot. I find posts like this valuable so I will know what to look out for when the time comes.

This is absolutely without a doubt the best place you could be. There are other corvette sites but this place is 100% dedicated to the ZR-1 in every way. This group is the finest there is.

I thought there was wiring that ran across the frame there, but honestly it's hard to remember those kinds of specifics.

Initially the dealer would only flex < $500, but suddenly they are willing to flex a bit more than that, so who knows, there might be another ZR-1 in NoVA/WAZOO...

The conduit is OE and is the forward lamp harness, it's just not attached to the impact bar correctly. I couldn't see the conduit issue as being a "deal breaker".
