Those are one hell of a lot nicer than C5 calipers!

Not sure what all the confusion is. They are shown currently bolted up to a later C4.

Those are the 993 Porsche Brembo calipers. They are a radial mount which gives you a bigger cross section to be applied to. They are a 4 piston design.

These bear no resemblance to the Brembo calipers on the current C6 ZR1 which are a 6 piston design.

These look a lot like the Brembo's that were on my car:

Different rotor but the center section looks just as thick. They do move the wheels out a bit but everything fits! Don't be afraid of them at all.

These calipers look very similar to my brembo 4 piston calipers.
If these calipers are brembo they will not be a direct replacement, you will need to remove OEM caliper bracket and install a custom bracket (or adapter)
Also, because they are 4 piston design, you must be sure to have enough clearance from caliper outside to wheel inside, if the caliper is too large it can touch the wheel. (But you can also install some custom wheel spacers)
On my 90 zr1 brembo calipers fit very good; I simply installed a custom caliper bracket (and a pair of 13" brembo rotors) and no other mods. The braking performance is much more and not comparable with original calipers.
For example: Brembo calipers taken out from a "Ferrari F40" or from a "Lancia delta integrale evo" will fit very good on c4 zr1. But I think other old supercars too have same calipers as factory installed.

Surely you can switch for a C5 calipers, (corvette central offer a complete C5 kit for $999.00.) but at end C5 calipers are very similar to C4 ZR1 HD calipers. Infact they will fit on a C4 with less or little mods, But I think is a loss of money...
