Re: Injector machining done.
I sure did. Gee! Could you possibly be a machinist also! If so we are probably the last of the breed. If you havn't noticed, there is a shortage of qualified people. Its scary. Half of them can't even read.

Re: Injector machining done.
That's the head side of the injector housing and the primary port that looks off center. The primary is only 32mm stock compared to the secondary @ 36.6mm. The runner isn't directly over the port, making it look like the counterbore is off. I think it's OK.

Re: Injector machining done.
I havent done anything since I got them off the machine because I don't have a ball gauge to check them with. I've been meaning to make one on the cnc lathe but we are so busy there's no way to squeeze it in. I don't want to start grinding till I have a gage. The porting won't take long but after that I've got to send everything out to powder coat. God knows how long that will take to get back. The car is probably going to be down a couple of months. But I'm in no big hurry. After mine are done and everything works right I'll do your 94 Z and then Rob wants me to do his 93 Z. I 'm the sacrificial Guinea pig. We will talk about price after mine are done. Then I'll have a better idea of whats fair for all the work including removal and reinstall or not.

Re: Injector machining done.
Forget about that ball deal , everybody seems ssooo hung up on that. Just use an inside telescoping snap gauge or even some inside dividers, would/will be fine.
