okay.. did injectors per instructions

drove car 2 maybe 3 miles.. car runs like **** and is loading up..

Had an oil issue I think is resolved

puled plenum to install my OEM injectors, checked them first I have 3 more bad ones

emailed FIC and Jon called me.. I checked the injectors for leaks, I have one leaking..

he is sending me a replacement.. I also elongated the holes in the Fuel rail bracket. since I am using later model IH I am wondering if the injectors are not seating all the way and i am getting a vacuum leak..

Went through this last year.. what a pain..

Jeff remind me again why do we think so highly of our cars again,,,,,,,,funny thing all was along I thought my cars were for driving.

So your saying three of the new or old are bad ? Is just one leaking ? Do you have one or two style injectors , forgot.

For what it's worth, I replaced all my injector w/ FIC Bosch units and it solved all my problems.
For 93 - 95, primary and secondary injectors are identical except for electrical connectors. They are both 21 lb injectors.

Good luck!

right but my car does not like them for some reason.. I have 3 bad Multecs but got more from Ken to have a good set, I will install multecs again for now

Not sure why I am having issues with the Bosch from FIC. I had one leaky from FIC, he is sending me a replacement and we did talk about on the phone today.. I will have the stuff from him this week but I have a full set of Multecs right now.. so I may install them to be sure there is no issue

Brad,

Yes Jon knows I have late housings

Looking at FIC site, 90-92 injecor set pictured shows different primary and secondary injectors - especially the tip and o-ring configuration.
For 93-95, apart from elec. connector tab location are identical.
If you have 93-95 injector housing, either primary or secondary may not be seating properly in the housing.
Do your primaries and secondaries look the same?

Correct 93-95 IH.. all are seating fine, compared to the multecs the O-ring is at the same position.. I am wondering if the O-ring is too small.. and not sealing

I was able to get 3 Multecs (thanks Ken) so I will try the car tomorrow after work.. I just got done putting it together
