Now that's strange that the Bilstein guy would say the replacement shocks are valved stiffer. Unless the ones I bought from eShocks.com are different yet?
My new ones, all 4, are decidedly softer than the OE units from BG. I could never use the performance setting on NYC/surban roads or highways, too stiff. The replacement ones I can use the performance setting without a kidney belt and my eyeballs don't vibrate. ![]()

Oh yea my OEM ones were quite shot with respect to controlling body movement over undulating pavement in the up & down plane....it got progressively worse as time went by.
