What's on the edges and top of your windsheild? It looks like you have some kind of covers on there, where did you get them from? Looks pretty good actually.

The delamination on my Z is pretty bad and I really did not want to replace the windshield with one of the reproductions or a stock Corvette windshield so I put on the windshield fairing from Greenwood Corvettes. I still have a little delamination showing around the edge, but not as embarrassing as it was and made it look like a POS. It was about $250 when I bought it.
