Re: Dymag Knock Offs?
I called MA castings, production cost for the first set would be $15K and then $750 per wheel in Magnesium. Ouch! He said that if I just wanted to produce 1 set (the 17x11s) vs doing both 17X9.5 & 17X11s he could reduce it to $9K, and then $750. Thats alot of cash, but without doing the math for 20 sets that would be about $3400- $3800 per set.

Re: Dymag Knock Offs?
Man, so that's what a set of wheels.....let me correct that, so that is what a well made set of wheels from a reputable mfg costs...yikes!
I'll put that on the list of things that I'll proly never afford, 4k for wheels is way to far for me.....I'm too cheap & just plain can't afford that kind of $. Just a thought, seems to me anything in 17" is a waste if the tire choices keep going extinct. I mean what good are quality wheels if ya can't get quality tires to put on them? Kind of defeats the idea of owning a sports car? Tom
