In the US the Dorman master cylinder is available at RockAuto.com. I know that recently a ZR-1 owner in France was able to get parts from Rock Auto. Hopefully you can.

Hi Dynomite...i alredy buy somethings on rockauto...but master cylinder are different brand (but same design):
