In Pittsburgh they salt the roads until they're white so only get to take the Z out in the winter after a big rain.
At minimum up and down the driveway every 4 weeks and park a bit further in or shy of the previous location to avoid flat-spotting the tires.

I wish my garage was tall enough for a lift!
Looks fantastic man!

Thanks. I just bought that lift in April. I'm 61 now and regret I didn't buy one 30 years ago!

Do you recall what the minimum height required was?

Beautiful Z! And those wheels...really compliment the car nicely. (What kind of wheels and what sizes are they??)

I bought my Direct Lift Pro Park 8S in 2012 and am glad I did. couldn't own a Vette without it due to 2 car garage.

My height was 10'-- technically about 9'8" at the front of the garage and about 10' near the door due to normal drainage slope. I have one 5' tall car and one 4' tall car, so that worked. In a 21'x21' garage with an 18' wide double door. I had to raise the garage tracks and install a jackshaft opener. Lots of pics in my Garage Lift album; just click my avatar.

Pics of the sold '95 ZR-1 and the new 2016 Z06 up for the winters.--Bob

With stacked Corvettes 8.5 feet to 9.5 feet works
What is your height?

Your car looks great, luv the wheels. I know you like the lowered look, and to each his own, but for proper handling the rear is too low. These cars were designed to have about 2 degrees of rake back to front with the front lower. My guess is you’ll end up with more understeer this way. To get the most out of the handling the back needs to be raised a bit.

Like I said, if you like it that way, great! Just wanted to point that out.
H
: cheers:

I'll check tonight when i get home but i have the Backyard Buddy and found that i don't need to go to the max height, 1 notch below is fine for me (5'6") to reach what i need without crouching.
As Bob said, raising the garage door tracks was definitely required.
