I thought I had The Beast!!!

Your Z looks and sounds good!

It would be nice to make a weekend or day for dyno and track numbers soon for the locals. I plan on going to both asap.

Took "Beast 391" to track yesterday (Great Lakes Dragway).
It was last minute decision did not have my sticky Hoosers.
I was on Nitto Drag Radial i only cared about MPH.
I picked up an average 3.5 MPH.

1.96 60ft
102.4 MPH 1/8
11.30 @ 131.75

1.77 60ft
102.97 MPH 1/8
11.00 @ 131.70
Tried going into 4th.
Previous 1/8 was 99 MPH
I think it has more in it i had my shift light set at 7200 i think it might be a bit high need to lower it to either 7000 or 7100 that for next time or when i have a Dyno sheet.

Car picked up 3-4 MPH which tells me it's making more power.
If i had to guess car makes about 520+- RWHP.
I'm very very happy with the results.

I have one video i don't know how to pot it here.
Somebody sent it to me via Mesenger.
I will post it on my FB page.
Next time i'll take my Hoosers for better ET's
Pete

131+mph is definitely a 10 second car.

Kudos!!

You can upload the video to your you tube channel.

Can’t wait to see that video. Please post here when it’s up.
What’s the dyno power curve look like? I’m guessing lots more torque down low, and midrange.
With your stickier tires that brings the 60ft times down into the mid 1.60’s and the e.t’s into the 10.80’s. What a ride!
But, it’s a shame it never got into the tens as a stock block 350. Or
did it?
Please, more Videos.
