This garage is attached to my house but it was always full of junk. Well after 30 years I decided to have it done nice.

Sounds good to me. I'm going to Germany for New Years, when I get back I will order it from Benpak. I was going to get a two post but after talking to Jim I decided to get another 4 post. That will give me an extra space for one more car.

very nice Im looking forward to my new house next spring... wont be anything like that but I will do my best !! I always wanted a 2 post but ill be doing a 4 post as well. Going with the widest one possible for the most clearance to work underneath etc and for the obvious parking spot advantage without the wheels hanging.

I installed the garage tiles myself, it was very easy I used Racedeck the cost for 30' by 24' was around $3500.00.
I have a 3" drop so I can wash my car in there and the water runs out the doors. The first day when you walked around you hear a cracking sound, but now after it has been in I don't hear the sound anymore.

I'll interject myself into this question and suggest having a company called Floorguard do it. It's an epoxy coating that requires a lot of prep and best done by professionals. About $4 or $5 a foot. (I had painted a garage previously with lots of prep and the paint came up the first day). Mine has been great for three years now and I have several friends who have had it down for almost ten years. --Bob
