God I LOVE the Pantera. next best thing to a Lancia Stratos. Wonder if an LT-5 would fit back there.

Here you go Dom--my old '74 Pantera. 351, not an LT5, but it was a lot of fun!. Plenty of room for an LT5, but why bother? Two mufflers the size of a loaf of bread and tops out over 140 mph--I know! --Bob

And I did work on it myself. In fact, I once had to replace the alternator so I opened up the bulkhead behind the seats and with $100 in parts did the job in an hour or so. I had a 308 at the time and calculated that had I needed the same repair on it, it would have cost me more than $1,000. I have to say that while I have owned many cars in my life, the Pantera is one that I wish I still had. It was an original owner 35,000 mile car. Oh, well.

BTW Dom, This Friday night 5-8 7/15 is a Cruise in night at Knauz. Usually get a big crowd of cars if the weather is good, which it is supposed to be. I used to bring the ZR-1 and plan to be there this time, but they won't allow me to display my new car. --Bob

Sounds like a plan Bob. But I need to get my Euro tail lamps installed which I hope to do today. If I can make it, I'll give u a call. Maybe grab a gnosh too.

I so like the euro rear light look but I like my LEDs better. Its too bad they don't make em in LEDs.

Totally agree GC. I have always liked the Euro lamps that were available for the C5. The lamps I got have GM part #s and bought them for a song.
Already consulted w Jeff for the circuit to make these work properly. Looking to do this with minimum of harness cutting and installing it so it can be easily reverted back to stock.
