I took the ZR1. Overall not bad. It is a little loud. Not sure if the exhaust makes it loud in the Cab or the tires maybe a combo of 2.

I liked driving it. I wish my cruise control did work properly. I averaged 21 MPG one way and 23.5 on the way back. I ran about 80 MPH The entire way.

Your signature states Borlas w/out center resonator. That should be a fairly free flowing, open exhaust w/decent performance but will be louder than stock and most likely will produce resonance or "drone" around 1500-1900 rpm, particularly in 6th gear, especially when pulling up a slight incline. Couple of things you can do to mitigate the drone: change to a lower gear so that you stay out of the 1800 rpm range. Also, try this: plug one outlet pipe on each side of your Borlas ... it should eliminate most, if not all, of the drone and quieten things down a bit. If that works consider installing flappers on your Borlas or get a couple of the flapper mufflers ... do a search on the forums; there are several threads about this.

Good luck
