I will say that at least in the 90-95 (our cars) it might not be illegal to remove. reason I say that is they were not federally mandated until 1996

Every day I get in the car this wheel brings me a little smile. I would have "D"ed this wheel but that only works well with a small center hub. Our Bag is pretty fat   ALL CARBON FIBER TREATMENTS ARE IMPRERIOUS LEADER SERIES APPROVED....... BY YOUR COMMAND
