The ZR1 I just purchased had custom plates on it (91 LT5) that were expired. I had never wanted custom plates enough to justify the added expense. When I registered the car I asked if the plates were still available. They were so I decided to throw down the $ to keep them with the car. Now every time that I see them they make me smile a little bit so I can understand your excitement. Mine will be staying.

I've never had a custom plate before this one either. I didn't mind spending the extra for it. Epically since it's a one time thing
